Renting out the clubhouse & picnic area

Complete clubhouse rental forms and follow the
instructions.

For pool/picnic area parties exceeding 8 people, you
must contact the clubhouse committee or the
management company.
A deposit and proof of insurance coverage is required
for all parties.

For Owners

AMENITIES

Cars or RV's parked for more than 72 hours on the street
without being moved at least one tenth of a mile are subject
to citation or towing.

Call 619-531-2000 to report illegal parking.

Please report all noise or nuisance issues to the HOA board
or management company.
