Clubhouse/Meeting Room - The clubhouse, includes a
full kitchen & is available for rent to all Camino Bernardo
residents. Contact the management company to check
availability.

Picnic Area -

For parties exceeding 4 members per HOA family
member, it is recommended contacting the clubhouse
committee or the management company for approval.
No glass, smoking, or underage drinking is allowed.

Playground

Pool & Spa -

See Pool Area Rules .
No glass, smoking, or underage drinking is allowed.
Failure to follow the pool rules are subject to fines
and/or suspension of pool area and clubhouse
privileges.

Tennis Court -

No advance reservations are required.
Play time limit is one hour if there is someone waiting.

The pool & spa now closes at 10pm every day.

Putting chairs in the spa is against pool rules.

After dusk, no one under 18 years of age is allowed
in pool area without direct adult supervision.

Amenities

AMENITIES

The HOA is considering replacing/refurbishing the
playground equipment, or installing a horseshoe pit
and benches. Homeowner and resident input is very
much appreciated.
